On this day in history, April 28th, 2021, 4 years ago today, President Joe Biden called for a new era of government spending. You won’t believe what happened next. He spent a lot of money. According to the Hill, “The Biden-Harris administration has wasted more money than any other administration in modern history.” His new era of government spending weakened our dollar and increased our national debt. Many people agreed with Joe’s spending habits and called them necessary. Many people did not agree with them. I think that there is a very important lesson to be learned in our American Republic. The lesson is that no matter who we vote for, we all must pay the price for whomever the nation elects.
